CHAIRMAN SECRETARY 
Sri Arunai Educational Trust, established with a strong commitment to social service and quality education, founded Kamalakshi Pandurangan College of Pharmacy (KPCP) in 1993 to promote professional pharmacy education in and around Tiruvannamalai District. The Trust focuses on providing ethical, value-based, and affordable education, especially to students from rural and underserved regions.
KPCP is a co-educational institution located about 7 km from Tiruvannamalai town on the Tiruvannamalai–Bengaluru National Highway. It is the first pharmacy college in this region, serving students from four surrounding districts. Tiruvannamalai is renowned for its spiritual heritage, centered around the sacred Arunachaleswara Temple and Arunachala Hill, and is known worldwide for the annual Karthigai Deepam Festival, reflecting the district’s cultural and spiritual values.
The college offers Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm-Pharmaceutics) programmes. The institution is approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, and is affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
The college is spread over 6 acres, with well-planned infrastructure including modern classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library, auditorium, sports facilities, botanical and herbal gardens, and transportation services. To strengthen practical learning and research, the Trust also maintains 57 acres of herbal land near Adi Annamalai Temple, supporting medicinal plant cultivation and academic activities.
With the support of experienced, qualified, and dedicated faculty, the institution emphasizes industry-oriented pharmacy education, research, and pharmacy practice, aiming to develop competent, socially responsible pharmacists who contribute effectively to healthcare services and community well-being.
